PT. Sarandi Karya Nugraha, was dully established and incorporated under 12 November 1997 This company is started as a family’s company in total work area 200 m-2 with 7 employees. PT Sarandi Karya Nugraha has firmly expanded its operation to include a wide variety of modern medical product and supplies in manufacture industry field in Indonesia.

PT. SKN has strong will to become a leading medical products and supplies with full commitment from all stakeholders. Their impassioned intention has been fully supported by all level of directors and employees and backed by good communication network, integrated production system and modern manufactures for robotic welding machinery, CNC cutting.

In addition, PT. SKN realizes that excellent human resources preparation should be unconditionally prepared. Therefore, in line with preparation of modern machinery and equipments, PT. SKN also prepares to organize its human resources and other resources. In phases, PT. SKN applies best practices in human resources management in accordance with stipulations stated in SA-8000 program.

In its production process, PT. SKN applies 5-S as work system in order to be efficient and effective. This system is started from March 1st 2009 and stated in Kaizen System.  5 – S and Kaizen are basic programs in PT SKN to apply JIT and lean system.

PT SKN entirely realizes that next years are liberalization era to make us more competitive in producing our products.  Consequently our product quality should meet international standards. As a result, PT. SKN has gotten ISO 9000-2001 and ISO 13485 certificates, and registered its products in SNI. The company has also met stipulations determined by ASEAN Consultative Committee on Standard & Quality (ACCSQ) as “guidelines” from production. In turn, International Certificate on Quality of CE mark and FDA label will be our further target.
